Music seems to also cheer me up. Listening to my favorite songs is an easy way to brighten up my day. In a tough situation, I would listen to music because it’s the most convenient way to relieve stress. I like the tennis strategy more, but it’s not always the best thing to get up and go outside. Copland’s analytical review of how we listen to music is a very interesting one. I believe that his review is pretty accurate. I do agree with him regarding the three musical planes of music.
