A student needs to feel comfortable with themselves, others, and the teacher, so there can be meaningful discussion and interactions. Teacher and student relationships are essential to ensure a positive school/classroom atmosphere. Rules are stated in this manner, because teacher and student develop the rules together. Once I am in SWAG other students will realize this and might want to achieve like me and try to be in SWAG. While in SWAG I will let younger students know that it doesn't matter what age you are to become a leader. Also, I will become an elite member of SWAG. I have a great GPA and can really speak for the students to make this school better. I could take ideas and listen to the students.
I will create this environment through an engaging curriculum, personable interaction, topic orientated discussions, and group work. Since my license will include an endorsement in Special Education my classroom management will include a focus on flexibility defined as the ability to respond to the moods, emotions and the capabilities of my students on any given day. Meeting the needs of my students, based on their individual need, will be a crucial part of my classroom management structure. I will accomplishment this by promoting self-management and self-efficacy in my students to the best of their abilities. Creating a predictable, consistent, and success-oriented environment will promote self-management in my students by creating, basic, daily routines with limited changes (Savage & Savage, 2010).
In Fullerton College they offer many programs that can aid students in different ways. Fullerton College is very dedicated to offer help to students varying from Counseling, Music Lab, Writing Center, Math Lab, tutoring, and career and life Planning Center. The most important thing that I believe Fullerton College has to offer would be the Counseling Department, the Career and Life Planning Center, and Student Resources. Each has a different function and purpose that can help students with our choices we make in Fullerton College. Everyone has different ambitions and goals and we don’t have to do it alone, that’s why the faculty here is more than welcome to help the students make the right decisions.
A wide range of students often struggles to make academic and/or social progress and will require the supports or accommodations provided with inclusive programs. According to the evidence available, all children are said to benefit from the inclusive education program. Inclusion is beneficial for many reasons. It allows the students to develop newly established strengths with appropriate expectations for each of the students. The students also become able to work on individual goals while also participating in the classroom community with their peers.
Establish ground rules with your learners which underpin Behaviour and respect for others The ways in which I would establish ground rules would be in my first lesson. The right setting of my group is relevant because I need to create a comfortable atmosphere for my learners. Having a sensible class room layout where the chairs are positioned around me, my learners can have a clear vision of what I am demonstrating. Ideally, my class would benefit from being situated in quieter surroundings, because background noise could cause distraction. Rules such as: mobile phones switched off, respecting each others confidentiality, good time keeping and most importantly being non judgmental, is my definition of good practice procedure for my learners.
Trained teachers will automatically know the types of measures to use incase a student exhibits a certain undesirable behavior. These measures will ensure that students behave in an appropriate manner and their performance is excellent. They will also make sure that the relationship and interaction between them and their students is healthy therefore building a favorable learning environment. They should be in a favorable condition to notice various problems that individual students go through, advice, keep close watch and offer valid solutions. For a school to be the best place to mould good behavior and emotions, it needs to have consistent rules and consequences in case an individual breaks them.

If students are interested in the classes they are taking and they feel like they can get something out of it, they will get better grades. This will make the university look better as a whole as students’ grade point averages begin to rise. Also the idea of minimal requirements gives students what is called elective flexibility. Electives are the classes that students get to choose what they take. For students who aren’t sure exactly what they want to do, they can take a variety of classes so that maybe they can find something they are interested in.
