Highly attuned to the emotions, needs, and motivations of others, find potential in everyone, want to help others fulfill their potential, may act as catalysts for individual and group growth, loyal, responsive to praise and criticism. Sociable, facilitates others in a group, and provides inspiring leadership." Honestly, with these results I absolutely agree with the results to the assessment.
The stylistic techniques of magnification are most useful in speeches of acceptance. Acknowledge and give credit to those who deserve recognition (i.e........................, those who assisted or played some part in your effort, those who have influenced your life or the choices you have made).
