I precipitously realised that I was on a boat. “What, umm, huh, how… how did I get here?” Imagination and misperception drowned me. Hunger and despair filled me. I looked up at the sky which was darkening to a blue grey and the clouds seemed to double up on each other. I didn’t grasp the reason why this remarkable behaviour was taking place. Before I had time to take in this unearthly environment, I saw a shadow on the far side of the boat. The mammoth sized creature, covered with dazzling orange stripes, sat on the edge of the boat. His shadowy, black eyes, gleaming towards the setting sun. The tiger, with its sleek yet strong body, slid towards me, leaving the boat slightly precarious. Unsurprisingly, my heart was pulverizing like the speed of a predator catching its vulnerable prey. I wondered when it was going to attack and consume me; however after a few minutes it just continued to gaze at me and seemed pretty harmless, therefore it seemed that the tiger was a truly majestic creature. It was around two am when I woke up. I stroked my face and abraded my hair. During the time I fiddled with my repugnant hair, the destitute tiger sat on the boundary of the boat. Exacting himself to get away from me, the predator enclosed his tail around his waist. Any moment I tried to move closer he flinched. Aggravation caught up with me; I was so disconcerted. I couldn’t really remember another day when I was this petrified. I mean who wouldn’t, marooned with a tiger in a boat. It was deranged and really tough to elucidate.
