As we studied it before, the role of top managers is “The upper level of the company who are responsible for making company decisions and establishing the goals and plans.” So these guys (top managers) are like president. Making company decision, establishing the goals and plans are not easy though. It requires the work of other managers. They needed technical skills. If they used the technical skill, their selling tee shirt would be increase little by little. It’s ability to use methods and techniques. Even that’s in 1989, I think they might had people for using internet connection through their computers. But not using their cellular, and mobile phones. Nowadays when people are using their mobile phones, they post the advertisement for selling their products. That is called online shopping. This is one of the method that using a technical skill. I think all the management functions are important to them. But maybe the controlling is the most important now. Because Life is Good company is mature company, which has mature rules, middle managers and first line managers. It also has mature markets.They haven’t employees before they asked the advices about on assortment of images and slogan from their friends. Some of them now work in that Bert and John’s company. Employees should follow a manager because the manager is the boss. Finding ways to inspire employees means coaching them and motivating them to succeed as integral parts of the company. “Organizing is the process of delegating and coordinating task and allocating resources to achieve objectives.” It means they need to tell the people what to do, and how do them to do that like this way, or that way.But “Leading is the process
