Learning Environment Investigation 1. Choose a Leaning Environment I choose yoga class as learning environment, because it is a good place that helps people to learning what the yoga is. Yoga in it's many forms can ease many of our society's ills including crime, anxiety, depression, addiction, among others. Yoga can help every human being. 2. Who are the learners? What meaning dose this activity have for them-as individuals and as a member of this community? What do they gain from becoming learners? Yoga has something for everyone and can make a difference to someone who is seven years old and someone who is seventy years old. In the class, teacher tell you:" slowly breathe in, slowly breathe out. Relax your body. And when your body is rested, your body is strong. And when your body is strong, your mind is strong. And when your body and mind are strong, you are able to work hard and you are able to do all that you want to do all by yourself." We all know that yoga is aimed to unite the mind, the body, and the spirit. Yogis view that the mind and the body are one. Learners doing yoga will give them an increased awareness of their own body. Learners are often called upon to make small, subtle movements to improve their alignment. Over time, this will increase learners’ level of comfort in their own body. This can lead to improved posture and greater self-confidence. It makes the body more flexible and helps learners relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment. The most important benefit of yoga is physical and mental therapy. The aging process, which is largely an artificial condition, caused mainly by autointoxication or self-poisoning, can be slowed down by practicing yoga. By keeping the body clean, flexible and well lubricated, we can significantly reduce the catabolic process of cell deterioration. 3. How are they engaging in the
