They on the other hand cannot fail to work because they have people looking up to them to provide and support. For the fear to lose their jobs, workers do not speak up, protest or ask for salary raise. Even when the work load increases, workers are forced to work for longer hours without complaining or asking raise for the extra hour they are working. Workers no longer have a say or rights that they can hold to. Many workers fear losing their jobs because of the fact that finding another will be a hustle for them.

America is continuously altered the cutback in jobs that are still obtainable by high paid craftsman/women. Multiple individuals have gone without employment due to the decrease in the cost-cutting measure that our society is currently going though. However, these individuals workers are incapable to find employment within a new employer they seek employment with a current workforce. Due to the increase in quantified craftsman/women employees who try to take legal action or try to sue partners/employers that they work for of past employers are altering the way they manage to try to put a stop to any past/present employers. Enrico felt ashamed when Flavia went to work whereas Rico see Jeannette as an equal working partner. This is because in the past a woman working just wasn’t right whereas in today’s society if there is only one working spouse it is hard to survive. Rico is also an example of the new generation of workers that survive by moving from across the network as needed. In the past in Enrico’s generation being stable was more common. Rico’s work life causes unhappiness because it forces him to uproot the more meaningful connections he can make in a family and community.
Homelessness September 8, 2011 Abstract Homelessness is becoming an increasing problem in the United States. Loss of jobs and decreasing wages since the recession have contributed to this increase. Veterans and mentally ill people do not get the support they need to maintain their own housing. The government helps some of these people but it lacks the funding needed to help everyone who needs it. The United States needs to find a way to put more people to work at wages that will enable them to afford housing.
