Another thing that the Church was often criticized for was the lack of separation between Church and State. In all matters, whether they be religious or political, the Church, mainly the Pope, was the ultimate authority. The Protestants also had a problem with the idea of transubstantiation, or the belief that the bread and wine served at mass are literally the flesh and blood of Christ. The use of Latin in mass was also frowned upon, because no one could understand what the priest was saying. Clerical celibacy yet another thing that the Protestants didn’t like, and because of this, both Luther and Calvin were wedded.
Charles Taze Russell teaches, “the Holy Spirit is not a person and is therefore not one of the gods of the Trinity, the Trinity doctrine was not conceived by Jesus or the early Christians, the obvious conclusion therefore is that Satan is the originator of the Trinity doctrine”. Mainstream Christianity has always accused Jehovah's Witnesses as a tightly knit and secretive movement known for unorthodox plagiarism of the Christian community. Allegations of the Society's founder, Charles Taze Russell of being possessed by God's Holy Spirit, through which he received the true understanding of the Scriptures, has never held ground with
He is a Christian Arab and has no affiliations with the Muslim teachings or religion. Like most Arabs, religion, family, education and politics, are central to his core values. Most of his views appear to be heavily influenced by religious customs that seem to dominate many of his views. He attends church every Sunday, and is, like most Syrian Christians, of the Orthodox faith. He opposes praying at the mosque and rejects the teachings of Jihad.
That did not turn out that good. Even though they were the main religion, they weren’t controlling anything, Constantine loved being in charge of everything, playing are religion like little puppets. I think know that church is getting way to public and God doesn’t want public Now moving into God and the bible’s perspective on things. Here is a quote directly from Exodus 20:1, NIV, and “You shall have no other gods before me”. And I interrupt this not only as just other gods, but also things that hinder our religion.
Christians could argue that they believe Jesus was still the Messiah and everything he stood for is what they believe in but maybe the authenticity of miracles today can be questioned as there is no Jesus around to prove them being performed by a Deity just as the definition says there should be. So believing in miracles would be hard to do because there is no proof because Christians just have to believe what the Bible says and can not question it even though there is no proof of miracles other than what the Bible says. It would be hard for Christians to believe in miracles because there is no evidence that supports them… (The Bible can’t be classed as evidence because it has no proof it’s real and could be a fictional book) But Christians would have to believe in them because if they disagree that would be sort of going against the belief of Jesus. I think Christians don’t have a choice and have to believe in miracles otherwise they’re going

These scriptures can be found in 2King 9:30, Jeremiah 4:30, and Ezekiel 23:40. Makeup is a non-issue biblically and nothing has been said against it. God has made everything plain that he’s against so why wouldn’t he plainly make mention if makeup was a sin as well. Many religious people twist scripture to be convenient for manmade rules. There are so many other things that God is concerned with and makeup just isn’t one of them.
