Founded in 1997 as “ONE-2-ONE GmbH” and was taken over in February 2001 by London based Internet Hosting company Host Europe PLC ii. In April 2004 Host Europe PLC was taken over by PIPEX PLC, after 4 years i.e. in April 2008 sold its entire hosting business to Oakley Capital. iii.
