Some people may find that they have a main style of learning, with a lesser amount ofuse of the other styles.
If we go and show bad attitude and show that we are negative to certain people around them. Then we could make children to be the same way, which is not a good example to them as young children don’t know the differences between right and wrong. As a teaching assistant it is my duty and responsibility to respect the children with there needs and accept them for who they are. The way I can do this is if I think about my own beliefs and opinions so I can learn not to judge others on the basis of their race, gender or religion etc. In my line
It is too easy to assume that they are just not capable of performing any better. Usually it would mean that they are demotivated so you then need to look at why they might be feeling demotivated and what you can do to help to rectify this. The appraisal process should be used to get the employees point of view and discuss what each party could do to re motivate them and get an improved performance from them. These could include more training, improved working conditions or possibly solving employee disputes etc. You obviously cannot just give in to all demands an employee might make however and you have to discuss options in depth and try and find suitable outcomes to benefit both parties.

The disadvantages of a group debate are: Different attitudes – when working in a group everyone will have a different attitude from your own, and sad to say these personalities can clash sometimes when members of that group have a different point of view on how to get things done, amongst other things. Can only slow the group down by lost time due to debating on how, when, and whose going to do certain task. Personal attitudes can affect the way you work everyone has a different attitude and everyone has a different belief but these two should not affect the way you are meant to work there has to be a certain way to work because if everyone worked different the way they should be working then it can go wrong the quality of work should be the amount of effort you put into it . 2.1 -Explain why reflecting on practice is an important way to develop knowledge, skills and practice Learning activities can improve an individual’s knowledge skill set and understanding by providing you with new ideas, such as something you haven’t encountered before. Learning activities also give the individual new areas of learning, such as subjects and topics that you may have not previously worked on before. With extra knowledge and skills you get more confident in your work because you have the knowledge and skills to do so. 2.2 -Assess how well own knowledge, skills and understanding meet standards.
Decision making with your employees will let them gain respect for the leader and become more determined. This style will bring strength between you and your employees. Laissez-Faire-This style is used when the leader is lazy or distracted, it’s more of a you do what you want style. This style can be used when the team is highly capable and motivated, it’s when the team doesn’t need close monitoring or supervision. This style can cause failure when the leader expects the group to make the decision between themselves when they are un sure about what they need to achieve and how they need to accomplish the task.
• If you allow your own preferences to dominate your work with people, you fail to perform to the standards set by the UK regulating bodies, they require workers to respect and promote people’s individual views and wishes. • To make the right response when there is a clash between your views and those of the people you are working for, you have to identify and understand your own views and values. • Lots of people are better suited to working for themselves which isn’t always about an inability to follow orders; it can be for many reasons exclusive per company/boss. • Own Values: you may be working shifts you don’t like, and not be able to do anything about it, events like these will lead to disagreements with how your boss sees’s things and how work is
In cases of that it might be best for scores to be kept private, known just to parents and the student. Intelligence tests can also mess with students self esteem. If a student is a poor test taker and does poorly on an intelligence test it can mess with their self esteem and make them feel horrible. Their grades might suffer and it could lead to depression. Precautions are needed so students are not harmed by a test that might not have been necessary to begin
Different people prefer different styles of learning. I think both learning by myself and learning with a teacher could be helpful. Learning with a teacher can prevent one from being confused and increase the rate and speed of learning. Another important point is that for practical subjects you have to have a teacher. On the other hand, sometimes I would rather learning on my own.
