By applying my personal values, and my beliefs that the ethical conduct should be directed toward to achieve the good for the organization (KFF), I will encourage the employees and motivate them to work all together for the best of all (organization as a whole). I will develop rules of ethical conduct for the employees to follow in order to achieve what is the best for the customers, and the organization. Our foundation will also show how serious leadership is about ethical issues. It is important that the employees be monitored in order to check the quality of one’s work. The quality of an employer’s work also reflects the institutions reputation. Since trust within the workplace is of high priority and a key to success, it is appropriate that employees understand and expect monitoring to occur periodically. The employees will know what types of monitoring are taken place, the reasons for it, how it will be obtained, and who will disclose the information.
I need to be aware of the most up to date legislations and guidelines, including the CQC requirements and the welfare requirements.
