This makes it difficult to make a clear and effective communication between two people, because the service user might not understand what you are saying and would not response to any of your questions and this will make it harder to help them. Mental health conditions- There could be lots of service users who might have mental problems or with whom the health and social care workers have to work with. Mental disabilities can be a big problem as the communication level in minimum could be very little because of the person’s inability to understand others mentally.
