The design trade-off approach for the project is as follows. A trade-off for the company to increase revenue will be the expenditures for the frequent buyer program, because essentially the company will not see a return profit for an allotted time. The implemented program will allow the company to see a small profit after the first year of the program being implemented. Another trade-off for the company will be the stores performance.

I gathered my information through conducting secondary research, mainly by looking at the website to gain most recent and up to date information. The report found that Tesco uses various methods to ensure customer and employee satisfaction whilst sticking to health and safety regulations. Tesco is one of the UKs largest and well-known supermarkets.
As PepsiCo and Riordan work in many areas across the world, understanding this helps define the different personal value patterns and effectively work toward cross-cultural teams to bridge the gaps. As PepsiCo continues development globally, somber issues arise as international commerce differs from domestic commerce. The most recent debate, regarding the wellness of wal-mart in America was lead by some demanding views and historical facts. Wal-mart is a very powerful business, leading several market segments and employing hundreds of thousands. Is one leading business good for America, consumers, and/or fellow businesses? Team one believes wal-mart is good for America. Team one discusses that wal-mart follows all rules and regulations regarding ethics, gender, and diversity.
We learned how different organizations react to the external and internal forces. Walmart’s internal drivers that effect their organization are their competitors, technology, economy and political influences. Walmart does not only have to be aware of their external driving forces but they also have to be aware of their internal forces. One of the biggest internal forces is their employees and how to keep up their morale. We learned that Southwest’s motto is “employee’s first and customer’s second”.
