This has allowed companies to move to China and lower their costs substantially. However as a result of companies doing this they have decreased the number of jobs available in developed countries, therefore they have put many people out of work in doing so. Russell, (2009) stated students lack an understanding of what constitutes good quality scholarly information. Students difficulty evaluating the glut of information available, and to cope they frequently depend on quick but questionable sources, like Dictionary.com, which can result in a blind acceptance of advertising-based information, or sources that depend on a truth by consensus approach such as Wikipedia. (Russell, 2009). Instructors as well as a student need to critically think about whom they are acquiring the research from. Is the knowledge credible and reliable to the student who is utilizing it?
What should CEO Werner say to the Division Chiefs? Is the decision ethical? Why or why not? This is a hard question to answer. More and more companies are doing business in China due to the lower production costs.
The Coordinator role is essentially administrative and I had experience working in an office. After working a number of years I wanted the opportunity for more responsibility and greater pay. I applied for a HR Partner role and was denied the position because I did not have the required degree. Shortly thereafter the economy took a turn for the worse, business declined and employees were let go. I was one of the lucky few able to retain my job but with much more responsibility and eventually I was grandfathered into a role as a Business Partner with the stipulation that I acquire a Bachelor’s Degree.
In my previous facility I was the only person in charge of accounts receivable. At first I had a hard time adjusting to this new environment and I kept having confrontations with a co-worker. I was in charge of training and teaching her the job and thought she lacked motivation. I was continuously repeating what I had taught her. I would often complete her work just to have it done and to improve the results of the department.
That way I will able to discover the identity that has been overshadow by the cloud of anxiety. Besides being scared about the transition to college, the fact I am left independent makes me more nervous than ever. Instead of teachers providing you with the necessary tools and resources, it is up to me to find them. It feels more like a never ending scavenger hunt than an easy walk through. Ways to overcome this would be to have an organizer/planner so I can purchase and get the needed materials for the classes I am taking this semester.
o Over the past 9 weeks this course has prepared me for college and pursuing my career goals by preparing me efficiently for studying, reading, and writing. In today’s society you have to be able to communicate properly and understand how to use your knowledge that you gain from attending college. This course helps you to understand the tactics and steps you need to take to remain consistent in college and also how to remain stable in your career. What do you believe to be the long-term results and the value of completing a degree in higher education? Long- term results of completing a degree in higher education is having comfort in your career knowing that you have a high chance at getting the type of work you want because you have the knowledge
This was due to the lack of understanding of research terminologies .These reasons made less confidence in me. Hence, I worked hard to learn about my topic scientific paradigm, but still was disappointed during the ethics committee discussion .After completion of the committee I became upset .Then gradually I felt I can learn more and perform well in next committee
This happens more often than not, because the local ITT Tech campus is understaffed and is attempting to continue to offer classes as advertised . This is not to say that these instructors are all uneducated in other fields, but are not qualified to teach a specific course requested of them as a “fill in”. Some instructors do not realize the potential damage of their actions, but instead see only the monetary compensation for their time. This leaves students frustrated with the lack of useful information learned and bitter for having their time and money wasted because of the poor management of ITT Tech . In closing, ITT Technical Institute is clouding Information Technology field with unqualified graduates by giving students a false sense of security, burying students in debt, and hindering the learning potential of students by employing instructors who are often unqualified to teach the curriculum.
