In the beginning of his mandate Vyneet used the transformational leadership style, this kind of leadership is the one great characters of the history applied, like Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela, Vyneet choose this style of leadership due to the change toward the EFCS he wanted to implement in the company.
