Personally, from a common sense, I agree with the statement. Before I write down the main point, I'd like to clarify what is "enjoying life". Actually, different people hold different opinions towards the real life meaning, let alone the way about how to enjoy life. In this essay, I want to confine the meaning of enjoying life to the extent of how happy the people are in the life. Then we may draw some conclusions about it.

Firstly, I have to say that young people have more energy and time to pursue their dreams. The process of struggling is just the way young people totally enjoy life. However, older people usually lack the two essential things so that they have to stay at home and their life tend to have no up and down. Such boredom life cannot arouse the true happiness in the heart of elders.

Secondly, young people are always creative, adventuous and eager to try new things. They are sometimes equipped with the newest technology, such as lap-top computers, MP3 players, iphone, and etc. Because they are always experiencing the high-level way of life, they can be stimulated, aroused and even fascinated. Exploring the new way of life can always bring young people the feeling of freshness. However, older people seldom try new things, they always stick to traditions, seeking for the most safe way of spending time. Thus, how can they know about the most happiness moment without trying?

Thirdly, young people are more likely to seek ways of enjoying life. Because they have no burdens, they can totally emerge themselves in what they like. Before them, they can see the glorious future. However, the older people have the great day behind them. So they sometimes may feel frustrated. Some may even think of death and may feel horrified. This eventually prevent them from enjoying life.

In all, I am of the opinion that young people enjoy life more than older people.
