High blood pressure is expressed (measures) in millimeters of mercury. The maximum value of blood pressure (or systolic) is recorded when the heart contracts and sends blood into the arteries. The minimum blood pressure (diastolic blood or) is measured by ejection of blood during the resting phase of the heart. An abnormal increase of blood pressure above the 14/90 mmHg measured at rest, lying down and more determination, corresponding hypertension. Usually, the doctor says 14 9 to express this tension. Normal blood pressure values were established by international forums: BP s left side, right side or both. Usually, the left side is affected first. Each part is composed of two chambers: the atrium, or upper chamber and lower chamber ventricle. Atrium receives blood coming from the body to the heart (right atrium) or the lungs (left atrium), while ventricle pumps blood to the body (left ventricle) and to the lungs (right ventricle). Heart failure occurs when any of these rooms loses its ability to provide blood flow in normal
