There is an advantage of the system theory that has the potential to give framework that is trans disciplinary for an exploration that is very critical of the relationship among conceptions and perceptions, and also about the words they declare to represent. Studies of human perception and cognitive development are starting to count on the systems approach more and more. In psychotherapy and the treatment there are several of approaches needed. Each situation and person is very different; this means that not every treatment is the same for everyone to be effective.
Competent multicultural mental health professionals play a key role in success of mental health counseling interventions (Connerley & Pederson, 2005). According to Connerley and Pederson (2005) all leadership interactions are multicultural in nature as counselors represent different ethnic origins and different subgroups. However it was good to know the history about integration and how many people expressed their views. Which lead me to this question: what contributions did the historians contribute to integration and if any what were they? Entwistle dissected the different denomination and how each denominations view integration and provided the ethical guidelines for incorporating religion in counseling. The article points out that this model takes cultural factors as part of the decision-making process. This article also reviews models such as rational, virtue ethics, collaborative, social constructivism, and integrative model. The article shows how the ITM model can be used in cases where cultural factors play a role in the ethical decision that is to be made.
