Learning Diary I always thought, I have a keen perception. I believe, I can read through the minds by just reading eyes, speech pattern and tone, body indications and more. I, also, perceived myself as a fair juror of situation, with the ability to judge my own act clearly and objectively even during the face of tense scenarios. Even when, I never have been slave to any prejudice, I had let my momentary fluttering thoughts to get better of me at times. Though, I have good control on my emotional displays, at times I find certain emotions sticking for a little time in my conscious memory. I am an eternal optimist, thus tend to view things in different lights. I react less on events that others find serious, thus to some, I may give a non-serious perception, one lacking concern, and one lacking the intellect capacity to judge situations. At the same time, people reporting to me find my behavior to their advantage. They feel empowered as they find me reacting less to many negative feedback about them, or meddling less with their day-to-day plans, and actions. My D and I scores were between the median and the outliers, while S score lied above but closer to median score. The high D, high I, median C, with Subdued S (Flick C) indicates a result oriented and people orientation personality with an independent and open and adaptable mindset. My DiSC profiles under various scenarios like work, natural, and pressure situation were very close to each other and where similar in shape. This indicated consistency of thought.
