Working Title Legal prices affect our daily experience with people. Some might say that this is an assumption but in reality it is a known fact. The world has created an order than places people in different working classes and every year a new law can be passed that only affects one group. If the wage is low the work load is supposed to be as well, low-income, low-skill. (Gillikin, 2014) When minimum wage is bumped up to higher wages companies cannot afford the labor to run a business smoothly. Managers are not given enough employee hours weekly and have such little time to train. Job experience is something that is very valuable when job searching and employers who have labor issues only look for candidates who have the experience of that specific field. (Gillikin, 2014) Take your pick, experienced worker vs rookie worker, it is much more possible that employers will pick the experienced worker over the inexperienced worker. Minimum wage has a great effect on employees willingness to work and ultimately can change a work environment for the worse. When the pay is bad so are the attitudes of the workers. High wages can be bad when managers cannot schedule enough workers on a job. (Alvarez, 2014) In reality minimum wage can have negative effects whether the pay rate is too high or extremely low so law makers must use wisdom when doing their job. (Alvarez, 2014) Most minimum wage workers do not have benefits which means the job has a lack of incentives, which also contributes to poor customer service.
