Jan is a professional coder in charge of working on billing and reimbursements for a real buys general surgeon’s office. I believe that Jan has been working very hard trying to find the correct codes to match the procedures and Jan knows that she has to get them completed and done right. I believe that Jan could not find the correct procedural codes; because she probably did not have the proper CPT code manual book. If Jan would have sent the wrong codes for the reimbursements she could have caused the physician to be penalized by law on sending inappropriate claims. If Jan, were using the updated CPT manual she might have found the correct codes for the reimbursements or the procedural terminology (CPT) codes that are not listed.

I have planned an office meeting with my employees to explain the (EMR) electronic medical record computerized style and why it is so important to change to this form from the old way, because now we can store, retrieve and modify patients records and share them all over the world to other doctors and specialist by a click of a button. By allowing the employees
Why is the initial consultation so important? A client can feel a lot of anxiety and mixed emotions when they come for their initial consultation. During this essay I am going to discuss why the initial consultation is so important and the factors an ethical therapist will cover at the time of the first consultation. The Ethical Issues Surrounding Organ Retrieval NURS324 Abstract I chose this topic because it is one of the most difficult I have had to deal with in my career. In doing the research I had hoped to gain enlightenment into how to best deal with my own perceptions and misconceptions of organ retrieval. My hopes were to become more knowledgeable and comfortable about organ retrieval so I could then enhance and facilitate the process with more ease. The myriad of emotions involved can at times be overwhelming and the additional skill would only improve my practice. I admit that in my ten years of practice in the emergency department that I have only experienced this situation twice but both times left me feeling inadequate and torn
