* Tactile ~ Lastly I am a Tactile Learner. I learn by touching and doing. I understand and remember things through physical movement. I am a "hands-on" learner who prefers to touch, move, build, or draw what I learn, and I tend to learn better when some type of physical activity is involved. We all have different likes and dislikes and we have different outlooks on life. All this and more is what makes us unique individuals. It’s these differences that will affect how we deal with certain situations, our openness and why we have resistance to certain thoughts or ideas. The Systemic and Individual approach have both similarities and differences in treatments for clients. They both are interested in a clinets life story and agree that behavior affects both clients and those around them (Corey, 2017). However, the System appraoch finds that exploring family systems is more valuable than exploring an individuals experiances and perceptions. The systemic approach doesn't believe that change can occur unless the family system is altered. This is done by encouraging family memebers to attend therapy sessions with an individual.
However, this also means that the patients will have to show more of the desired behaviour in order to receive the reward. The desired behaviours are asses by the staff that work with the patients on the wards and they decide whether or not, if the patient deserves a reward, or has shown the correct behaviour to be eligible to get that token. Staff may also take away tokens if they wish to punish certain behaviours. As a result of this, there should be an increase in the desired behaviour in those who have the mental disorders. The effectiveness of the TEPs have been shown by many psychologist such as Zimbardo who used long term inpatients and saw that there was an increase in the targeted behaviours in the institution, however, the improvements disappeared after the patient was discharged which shows that TEPs may not be as effective when treating patients when they come out of institutions such as hospitals.
At times, I will give social and emotional care separate attention in order to elaborate on the importance of each. Then I will address them as one, social/emotional care because the two needs as well as their subsequent care are intimately intermingled. Differentiating the social/emotional aspects of healthcare from the medical, physical, or any other aspects of care exposes the nature, power, and significance of social/emotional care. Fully realizing the importance of social/emotional care is the first step toward promoting better social/emotional care. In opposition to my claim that better social/emotional care is needed, many

I hope to then discuss the role of relaxation in hypnotherapy and explain some of the techniques used and the benefits of deep relaxation as a tool to complement therapy and as a stand alone form separate from the therapy element. Firstly, we have to try and understand what hypnotherapy is. Once this is established we can start to look at the psychological and physical aspects of the effects, facts and uses of hypnotherapy. In the modern world we are fortunate to benefit from advances in neurological equipment that has led us to a greater understanding of how the brain works, the differences in brain waves and neurological activity and therefore have an increased knowledge in the area incorporating hypnotherapy.
