A personalised induction will always be more effective. Writing a script for a kinaesthetic client you would include phrases such as “feel the sun warming your skin” or “feel the soft grass beneath your feet”, use things like temperature, texture and intensity. With this modality they can use kinaesthetic references such as “can’t get a grip on” or “I know how you feel”, kinaesthetic clients may enjoy physical activities such as sports and fitness or dancing and like working with their hands, They can have loss of concentration when there are little external stimuli and will notice they move around a lot, fidget and play with objects that are within reach although this is something else that could also be anxiety and will not mind being amongst clutter and mess as long as they ‘feel’ it is ok. People of this modality may speak softer and lower and also pause in their speech; they may breathe naturally deeply from their abdomens they also can have rounded shoulders and relaxed
