A person hunting for deer may see another person but mistake them for a deer and unintentionally shoot and kill that person. With more severe gun control laws people do not have to be worried about being the innocent by standard. People will be kept safe from accidental
Isaac Asimov once said “Life is pleasant, death is peaceful, and it’s the transition that’s troublesome.” Life is a pleasant thing to live and death is a peaceful part of life to be able to go to a better place than you have ever been before. Life could be much more pleasant if certain things weren’t on this earth including assault rifles. There is absolutely no reason for any citizen of the United States to own an assault rifles excluding the armed forces. Assault rifles should be banned because there is nothing good that can happen by having one, the death rate goes up by having guns in the possessions of people, and the world is made more dangerous each and every day with guns. Assault rifles are a unique gun, but can be a very dangerous gun too.
The current P-plate laws are extremely affective in reducing accidents on the road. This is because they deal with many of the dangers p-plate drivers face while driving, including distractions, driving speed, peer pressure and driver safety. To begin with, the current p-plate laws are affective in reducing accidents while driving because they deal with the important issue of distractions. An example of a distraction that is dealt with by the current p-plate laws is mobile phones. Mobile phones cannot be used by p-plate drivers when driving or while the car is moving or stopped but not parked. This helps to stop accidents because it removes distractions from a p-plate driver so they can focus solely on driving.
With an air taser, you can disable an attacker from up to 10 feet away. This means that you do not have to be close enough to touch the attacker, as required with a stun gun. Tasers are commonly used by the police force, and much research has been completed on their efficiency. They are an effective means of self-defense, especially when used against someone who threatens use of a knife or blunt weapon, as you are able to maintain a safe distance from them. Some people do not like the idea of using air tasers because they deliberately cause pain to the attacker.
These certain people also call for a great amount of street smarts to go along with their professionalism. 3. What I thought of the officers giving each other plaques for shooting or wounding suspects is that it is a wrong thing to do. As a cop you never want to have to kill or shoot someone, but when you do it should not be a rewarding feeling. 4.
The hunting systems they used were very successful in keeping them safe and fed. Teaching the colonists their hunting system was not such a good idea because after the colonists were taught this technique, it was used to kill the Native Americans and to wipe them out of their
I also agree that hunters should be allowed to have weapons, but there is a big difference between semi-automatic and a rifle that hunters use. If we had greater control, we could save many innocent people. Guns were made for the war as a source of protection. However that is not the only thing
Actions and measured must be undertaken in order to eliminate these impacts and to return the ecosystem to the natural and balanced state. As we can see the recreational area where the hunting is allowed has a mover diverse and even plant community. Uplifting hunting prohibition and by having a controlled and regulated hunting allowance in the park area could solve the issue of deer overabundance. Another possible measure that could be implemented to realistically eliminate or reduce the overabundance issue is contraceptive treatment of the deer population which would help to decline and regulate the
Gun control has two sole purposes, to keep guns out of the hands of criminals and to help save lives. Guns and crimes do not need to go hand in hand. Having a gun does not necessarily lead to a crime. Any person or group who is for gun control admits that although guns are dangerous, if restrictions are placed on getting a gun, guns do not need to lead to a crime. Having a mandatory waiting period to buy a gun is a perfect example.
The rule being imposed has been beneficial there is no need to get away from what has been working. As the saying goes” if it aint broke don’t fix it” the logic remains the same in regards to the small knives law. There needs to be more focus placed on lifting some of the other items that are currently banned that pose less of a conventional threat amongst passengers. Pepper spray is an item that shouldn’t be banned and would give passengers a little feeling of security without endangering multiple passengers. If TSA took a pole to actually survey what passengers feel should be acceptable carryon luggage they would have a better understanding of what & how to go about making necessary changes or
