Strategies: To achieve the aims of the program we will: * Discuss the yarn up with the women identifying any input they would like to be included in the presentation prior to presenting * Present a two (2) hour presentation on Adult Sexual Assault with a focus on offenders. * Provide an opportunity for the women to question and openly discuss their thought/feelings. * Provide education and promotional material in a format that the women can understand and relate to. * Education is the key to increase knowledge and effects of adult sexual assault. * Educate the ways that sexual assault can impact on life. * Identifying support systems of key individuals (from Bourke community) * To increase community and personal empowerment against sexual assault. * Provide resources that protect the community and potential future victims.
