Iphone and Blackberry Among a huge verity of devices two of them stood out despite their differences. The Blackberry and the Iphone are desired by many people all over the world. Nowadays, technology broke through every house, a one simply cannot proceed his daily routine without a smart device. People paid much interest in this manner owning smart phones in all kinds. But two phones in particular have won peoples' hearts -the iphone and the blackberry- leaving them in hesitance which to choose between the two similar yet very different devices.
It is as simple as downloading an app that uses GPS to help find lost individuals or an app to help with weight loss. Gadgets are an added feature to mobile devices allowing customers to find lost keys, start cars, or even microchip a child or pet and track their whereabouts. Not long ago, mobile phones were considered a luxury and now days it is more of a necessity, everyone from elementary kids to senior citizens are seen sporting the newest model on the market. A Life Made Easier The original intent of mobile technology was to make life on the run easier, more convenient and even enjoyable. It has provided extraordinary changes for the better, but at what point is it too much?
Since many companies now require the employees to travel or be in constant reach, smartphones make managing information on the go much easier and they can do much more than the standard cell phone. They require no additional carrying burden because most people carry cell phones anyway. Smartphones also decrease the number of technological devices that professionals like businessmen and doctors need to carry. It was not that long ago that we would see businessmen carrying, a cell phone, a palm pilot, and a pager and now thanks to technological advances the excessiveness is passé. The many applications offered for smartphones allow users to customize their phones with tools that they will use, which have a greater range than the few preloaded applications that come on traditional cell phones.
Any technology or electronic device that makes life simple is a win for me and most other people. There are several electronic devices that have changed our lives and affected me in my professional life. I am going to limit my electronics to just smartphones and tablets. If we think back on how electronics have change over the last ten years it is amazing. There was no such thing as an iPhone, although we act like we cannot live without our smartphones and tablets as few as ten years ago they didn’t exist.
The increasing availablity of WIFI is making VoIP much more practical. Without a constant internet connection, VoIP will not work because it relies on internet. This is not really a problem in households, as most people now have a high speed internet connection, but for mobile phones, this is a problem. The increase in smart phones with data plans is changing the landscape of telecommunications. Now customers of ATT or Verizon can use the data plans those companies provide to place phone calls through Skype, which allows them to sign up for a lower number of minutes.
