To implement agreed ways of working you follow the Policies and Procedures and the service users care plan, where the management of the individual's daily care needs are agreed and documented. It is extremely important to have up to date agreed ways of working as there may be changes in policies within the law. Our company may have to implement them to help protect the vulnerable. When you’re moving a service user it’s important that you’ve had the correct training and to follow the right procedures. Each service user has their own care plan, within this contains a risk assessment, this will have been carried out by a trained assessor, it will explain how to move the service user safely, it will have identified any risks and how to reduce the risks. If you didn’t follow it, you could harm yourself and the service user.
Since the building is expected to have a considerable sustainable emphasis it is important to ensure any new technology that my company uses in the construction of the visitor centers fabric and structure contributes positively towards the internal environment.
