4. Save your sanity. The above three reasons are very important ones, but for me the most noticeable difference has been the huge drop in stress levels when I drive. Far from being a crazy experience, driving is actually a relaxing and pleasant experience now. I no longer get road rage, because I simply don’t care whether other drivers are going slow or cutting me off.
Newer, or rather, Modern vehicles could contain multiple airbags in various side and frontal positions of the passenger seating positions, and sensors could deploy one or more airbags in an impact zone at changing rates based on the type, angle and severity of impact; the airbag is designed to only inflate in moderate to severe forward crashes. Airbags are normally designed with the intention of providing protection to people who are correctly wearing their seatbelt. Most designs are inflated through pyrotechnic means and can only be operated once. Now, more modern car models use newer side-impact airbag modules that consist of compressed air cylinders that are triggered in the event of a side vehicle impact. The first commercial designs were introduced in passenger automobiles during the 1970s with limited success.
This helps to stop accidents because it removes distractions from a p-plate driver so they can focus solely on driving. Another danger P-plate drivers face while on the roads is their driving speed. If a driver is going too fast, they are not able to stop fast enough or pay enough attention while driving, which can cause accidents. The current p-plate laws are effective in reducing accidents through a drivers speed by introducing laws which limit p-plate drivers to the speed of 90km/h, as well as not allowing p-plate drivers to drive turbo or supercharged engines or have modifications in their engines. These p-plate laws are affective in reducing accidents on the road, because they reduce p-plate drivers to a low speed as well as slow cars.
Then, we were to research at least an article to back up our hypothesis. Once we had all the information from there we figured out which distraction causes more accidents and it was texting. Materials phone car person Hypothesis Our hypothesis is we believe texting causes more accidents than talking on the phone. Null Hypothesis Our null hypothesis is we believe that both texting and talking while driving cause the same amount of accidents. What type of measurable data will you collect?
Write your major finding. -The major finding in this project was that liquids have almost no effect on magnetism. C. State the hypothesis. - The hypothesis was that liquids will not weaken the magnetism of magnets because only magnetic materials block magnetic fields. D. Support your hypothesis by giving a summary of the important data.
Warrant 1: While reducing the speed limit can increase the fuel efficiency on the vehicles. Backing: Some cars are already made with fuel injection while driven between 30-mph and 60-mph. Mileage will drop noticeably if driven over 65 mph. Slowing down would reduce the amount of gasoline used as well as limitation grants. On a central standpoint these changes will cost less.

With dry pavements, cars and drivers respond quicker to situations, avoiding accident possibilities. During winter, rain and snow make the roads slick and less tolerant in dangerous situations. Even if a driver is concentrating, winter conditions may cause a vehicle to spin out of control at the smallest touch of the brakes. Weather conditions in the winter can condense roadways very dangerous, needing increased driver skills. They must be more cautious of distance between cars in case one needs to stop quickly.
Red Traffic Light Cameras Technology continues to provide innovative ways to help in the prevention of law violators. One approach through advanced detection and imaging technology is the use of Red light safety cameras. These safety cameras were designed to monitor intersections and effectively reduce the number of red light runners resulting in accidents. The intent of red light cameras is to record motorists as they intentionally enter an intersection after the signal turns red. However, the use of red light cameras has resulted in more tickets being issued to motorist rather than providing safety.
Moreover, Knutson states that an “intensive driver-education programs, stringent licensing criteria, and public-service announcement campaigns” can make the Americans drive responsibly on the road and he believes the main reason to repeal speed limit is “driving fast is enjoyable.” Surprisingly, the accident rates declined constantly since the interstate speed limits were increased. Knutson concludes that we, as drivers, should “fight to regain our freedom behind the wheel,” and take control of the automobiles. I disagree Knutson’s point of abolishing the national speed limits. In my view, I think repealing speed limit is a dangerous act. As it mentioned in the article, “American drivers do not possess the skill or capacity to drive at autobahn speeds”(Knutson paragraph 4).
