Tragedy of 9/11 “Our enemies have made the mistake that America’s enemies always make. They saw liberty and thought they saw weakness. And now, they see defeat.(Bush,George.www.wordpress.com)” Is the words George W. Bush said that was part of his speech after America was attacked. He couldn’t even believe what was happening. Watching planes crashing to the Trade Center, seeing people only way is to jump off the building from the 78th floor, and then realizing we were being attacked. 9/11 was the day America changed and it is the worst attack in U.S history. No one didn’t know where he could be at or how they were going to be able to finish the war. Hussien captured within the few years and was killed and one leader was down. Laden in the other hand was ready and knew what he was going to do to get away. May of 2011 Bin Laden had finally been found and killed. What America had been waiting for many years was finally done. After thousands of men and woman died from the moment the attacks happened had finally came down to the end and justice had been served. In truth, Obama isn’t declaring an end to the war on terror – terrorism continues unabated each day in Egypt and the Palestinian territories and Iraq and Afghanistan and Sudan and Yemen and Syria and Lebanon and a dozen other hotspots around the globe. It was a day that many of us will never forget seeing the news station and seeing everyone running all over the city and just seeing the two towers falling down and knowing there is thousands of people slowly dying there. It was a tragic hit for United States that many were in fear of a long time. Once the War of Terror occurred it was a way to say we weren’t going to stay back and not attack back. It was time to declare war for our defense of our country.
