The people that are being humiliated are Hispanics and African Americans but it’s really the minorities. The minorities are being stopped for no reason just so they can be seen as the “bad” people. More than 45,000 people have been stopped in 1997 and 1998. The State Police in Oklahoma humiliated an Army General Gerald for two hours and his son because they were African American.
They begged Zeitoun to go but he was much to proud, so they promised to call each other every day until the storm was over. Lastly, I felt that the book Zeitoun had an amazing outcome. While driving up to Cleveland the cars can be seen from miles away, as they start to pile up for the Sunday afternoon. It almost looks like everyone in Ohio is here to see their team play. Then just as you are entering Cleveland you can smell all of the toxins from the factories. It almost smells like an old moldy sandwich that you left out in the hot humid sun for a couple of days. You feel like rolling down your windows to get the smell out of your car, but you then realize, that the musky odor is coming from outside of the car.

I ran into the house and grabbed my baby and started to pray. Then the shots stopped, and we heard a truck start up in the field across from the house. Finally, a police officer showed up and as we were standing outside telling the officer about the episode that had just happened gun shots rang out for a second time and the policeman ran, jumped in his car and pulled off speeding with his lights on.
