Any human being walking the earth must be familiar with the word “money”. Since the prehistoric time, people have needed money as much as they need to breathe. The only difference is the forms of money which have experienced a lot of changes over the century. Nevertheless, when it comes to the roles of money in people’s life, each person may come up with various answers. Some people may say that money has played a positively major role in their life while others may disagree with them. As a matter of fact, however, money has a dual role in anyone’s life. The first and most common role of cash is to ease people’s daily condition in dealing with whatever matter they come to. When people decide to settle in a place, that is the moment that they need money. They need this green thing to build a house to shelter them from bad weather and wild animals or other unwanted situations. After the house is erected, they still need more cash to furnish the house. As everything in the house is settled, they surely require other things in order to survive, like food, clothing and others. Everything needs money. Even to park their car in a supermarket or an apartment building or to enter a lavatory, they have to take out at least some coins. If people want to extend their password dates or to have an identity card, they must as well reach into their pockets for the magic paper or coins. This shows how inseparable people are from money since with it, someone can absolutely live their life more comfortably. On the other hand, there is a paradoxical factor in money. Despite its size, money is indeed powerful to destroy someone’s peaceful life. Since money is more than capable to earn people whatever they need, people start to feel extremely anxious when they read some signs saying there will be time in their life when money is a shortage.
