The Alamo, John Myers Myers, First Bison Press, 1948, Review by: The book The Alamo is one of historical facts intertwined with legend. This makes it hard to give an in-depth analysis of the true historical events. John Myers Myers is able to separate fact from fiction excellently in the book. Although there are certain points made in the book that are irrelevant the basic telling of the story and “layout” makes for a good source of Alamo history.
