Everyone has were own talents, mine is cheerleading. To have a talent for something is the ability to do something well or something you are naturally good at. Everyone’s talent is different it could be something little such as whistling to something big like playing a professional sport. Cheerleading has been in my life since I was in second grade, and wasn’t ended to this day. No matter what I do or how I feel I will always have cheerleading in my desires. My life revolves around cheerleading, everything I do I relate it to cheerleading. I’ve been on many different teams through my life. I am both a game day cheerleader and a competitive cheerleader. This essay will explain how I will always have the passion, dedication, and talent to pursue my goals in cheerleading. First, I became interested in cheerleading because my cousin Dana worked at Pittsburgh Pride all-star cheerleading gym as a private tumbling coach. As a little kid she would always take me out to her work and let me run around and play at the gym. I would always see the cheerleaders practicing on the mats in front of me, until one day I joined the class with everyone. I loved it and wanted to come back or more. My cousin Dana talked to the head coach of the team and told her I wanted to join, so my mom signed me up the next day. My team that I joined was called pee-wees. I stayed at pride for a year and a half. But then my cousin Dana decided to open up her own cheerleading gym with two other of her colleagues called Pittsburgh Empire cheerleading and dance inc. I switched over to that gym for a while but the drive out from my house to Canonsburg almost every night was too much to handle for my parents, they had different work schedules, plus I was on the Baldwin Vikings team.
