He took the snide but it was out of date so it didn’t work he was arrested. The archduke unhurt insisted on going to the hospital to see the men that were hurt. On the way the driver took a wrong turn and ended going down a street were another terrorist was, the terrorist fired two shot one hitting the pregnant Sophie killing her almost instantly the other hitting the archduke in the neck killing him. The terrorist took the snide but of course it didn’t work he was about to shoot himself when he was arrested. I choose this reason because it led Austria to blame Serbia for the assassination.

Hans and Rosa began to hide a Jewish man, Max Vandenburg, in their basement until Hans made a mistake that forced Max to leave before the authorities came and found him. Alex Steiner, Rudy’s father, also made a mistake that threatened the authority of the Nazi party and he and Hans were drafted into the military. Hans broke his leg and was allowed to come back home to Molching. Late one night, while Liesel was in their basement writing an autobiography, the poorer part of Molching was bombed, where she happened to live and everyone was killed, except Liesel. First of all, the book provided me with many, somewhat random out of context, but interesting facts about what went on outside of the fictional story of Liesel Meminger.
Evidence showed that respondent set fire to the apartment of his neighbor, Hope Collins, in an attempt to kill his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend, who were spending the night together in the apartment below. The intended victims escaped unharmed, but Hope Collins’ 2 year-old daughter Cynthia died in the fire. At trial, the state presented evidence of respondent’s intent to kill his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend, but not of specific intent to kill Cynthia Collins. The state also offered expert forensic evidence to show that the fire had been started deliberately. The respondent did not contest this forensic evidence at trial because his retained arson expert had reported that the State’s evidence conclusively established arson.
