I believe that this concern should be left to the company owners as individuals. Personally, I don’t agree with the fact that the way America gets other countries to bend over backwards is by threatening to cut off financial business ties. I feel that America is trying to gain control of the world by doing so. However, I do agree that any sort of discrimination is unethical and should not be tolerated. The Evolution of the Commerce Clause Business regulation is one of the most debated features of modern politics. Regulation is commonly known to effect business ability to be competitive in both internal and external markets. The federal government’s ability to regulate business has grown out of the judicial branches’ constant manipulation of the contextual meaning of various elements of the Constitution. The progressive manipulation is a non-debatable fact, but the overall benefits, or consequences is a hotbed for argument. Progressives carrying the belief the importance of a living constitution are pinned up against Originalist who quest to preserve the original founding fathers intentions behind the text of the constitution.
Break Breaker Inc. to some extent obey with some legal rules, but failed to comply with principles of morality and community, contribute to the society by producing honest high quality services, and account the consequence of damaging their reputation. I think that Solomon’s argument is fairly accurate, but everyone’s views are different on this. Some actions may be acceptable to some but unacceptable to others. Ethics provides the bigger picture in the business life and it must be understood. In my opinion, nothing is more dangerous to a business than a bad public image caused by being unethical.
He impugns us to do what is morally right, and to not be afraid to take a stand against injustice. Henry David Thoreau’s position on civil disobedience is neither morally irresponsible nor politically reprehensible. Civil disobedience is technically illegal, and is punishable, but who is ultimately responsible for determining what is right or wrong? Van Dusen strongly believes that defiance of laws go against the democratic nature of our government: “Bit civil disobedience, whatever the ethical rationalization, is still an assault on our

Overall, I think filling the safety complaints was a great choice and that he did the right thing in doing that. The company violated OSHA and didn't take the complaints seriously. They also violated the employee by not acting on a serious issue. The courts verdict would reflect my job in this case because I would feel as If I didn't protect the employee and that I could of prevented the lawsuit. However, what I want to say is that if the company behave unethically as a whole, it may lose its consumer trust and undermine the firm’s reputation, then how can an employee realize his personal value? So we must try to avoid
