Some would say that most products have an element of service in them. A product is something that is tangible. You can see, touch, and use. Products are delivered through distribution channels to customers. In the product business, companies must know the needs and wants of their customer so they can create a product that works. Services are provided to fulfill needs and is produced essentially for an intangible benefit and sometimes linked to a tangible product, The need is identified and satisfied through some form of exchange. Services are location based, and consumers need to travel to have the service perform depending on the type of service the provider can come to the customer. Services come in customized packages, and the level of every service is different depending on the packages purchased by the customer. However, customers expect quality service upon their request, and their demand should not be ignored. Service givers and customers must always be treated respectfully ("Defining Key Concepts", 2010). Green Consideration such as Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Consumptions The product we are building is more of a package to be used. The product itself is not tangible the carbon footprints are decreased and there is no biodegradable materials and waste. The quality of the product constructed is to meet safety standards. Packages can be designed online so consumers can choose what they want and when they want it. Developing the product online gives you the ability to be creative without any materials being wasted, and there would be no need for recyclable services. Customers can make their selection, and confirmations can be sent via email, text messages and be uploaded
