In the case of Roe vs. Wade abortion is the issue at hand. Abortion has always been a controversial issue that many have and will continue to argue about. In this case it was Jane Roe against Henry B Wade on whether or not abortion was a right guaranteed by the Constitution under an implied right to privacy. . That she has the right to an abortion but the state must balance the interests they have as well. Including prenatal life and the women’s health, many argued this case took place in January, 1973 in Texas. The decision upon this case has such controversy that to this day it is still talked about. The judge went with Wade in this case. They said that the Constitution does not explicitly mention a right to privacy but, "in varying contexts
