Health care is a dynamic industry in the United States that has grown and changed dramatically since its inception in the 18th century. Along with the changing industry, the career of registered nursing has also developed into one full of obstacles, yet equally laden with rewards.
A career as a registered nurse is ideal for a person who enjoys a wide variety of duties and responsibilities. For those willing to accept the obstacles that come with the rapidly changing health care industry, it can also provide amazing rewards. Most registered nurses have a passion for their jobs and are deeply committed to their task of providing the best medical care at some of the most vulnerable times in people’s lives.
