The purpose of risk management is for an organization to thrive and succeed and every enterprise of an organization takes on the chances of some type of risk with the organizations existence. The system, which is being utilized worldwide, that has been developed to improving the quality of care that is provided by industry pharmacists. The system is developed to processes of lowering mistakes and errors by diagnosing where and when the system is lacking making it easier to reworking the flow of work and also preventing the same mistake from occurring again.
