It should be coming in the mail soon and then I should be able to get some funds then. However because I have invested my time into school, also excited about school and received money from the military for my move, it has just hit me that I no longer have any money or low on funds. This problem is ill-defined because it is no so much that I have no money but really the problem is that I do not currently have a job. Because I have defined the problem wrong, all forms of solutions have been wrong. I have been thinking of it as me having no money.

Getting a degree will allow me to pursue greater career opportunities that will enable me to provide a more stable and comfortable life for me and my family. College 101 Why I chose to attend college: I chose to attend college because I have wanted to for many years now. I have always felt that going to college would help me to be able to fulfill my purpose in life. I have future plans to make a difference in the world, and for me personally I feel that college is a necessity to achieve this. I want to achieve my own personal goals of getting my Associates Degree from Lackawanna, then continuing on at another school to get my Bachelor’s Degree in social work. I have future plans of becoming a counselor or a life coach, I plan to make the final decision on which one when I have had a chance to practice as an intern; That is how I think I will learn better which one is more suitable for me personally.

I was always asked what I wanted to be and each time I had a different answer because I didn’t know. I had ideas of what I wanted to do but no clue of how to get there and those dreams seemed so unattainable and far away. I had jobs that I didn’t like and therefore no incentive to put forth my best effort.
