Birth order can be perceived in many ways by many different people, but the basic definition is best explained by Judith Graham stating, "Birth order is the chronological order of sibling births in a family." (Graham__). Within the definition, birth order is classified into four main categories; first-born, middle-born, last-born and only children. Once a person has established what category they fall under, they must look at the many factors behind birth order.
Who knows? This is a very delicate topic that has so many different yet valuable attributes, theories and valid points of views; however many are adverse to one another. Most parents attempt to conduct, mold and guide their children’s impulses into socially accepted ones. Therefore, one of their main goals when parenting is to teach these children the necessary skills and accepted rules in order to function and have acceptance within their social groups (Essentials of Psychology, 2005). They are nontraditional and merciful, do not require mature behavior, allow substantial self-regulation, and steer clear of confrontation.

Since they let this happen, the children ended up disobeying them and the parents need to learn from that in order to keep control and restore balance into their life.
