Liz and Al Jones are married and have been trying to have a baby without success for the past four years. The couple was referred to a fertility clinic for specialty management, suspecting Al has a low sperm count. In a case like this, couples chances of conceiving will be increased by artificial insemination during Liz’s peak ovulation period, after Al’s sperm is collected, washed, and concentrated. During clinics routine pre-screening, Al was diagnosed to be HIV positive, and at the same time Al confidentially in a conference call with fertility NP disclosed his concealed bisexual relationship with men unknown to his wife. Clinic policy requires fertility treatment to be interrupted until a counseling team comprising of the fertility NP, Social Worker (SW), and a psychologist meets with couple.

However when the Optometrist tested his eyes, he said there were worrying signs of degeneration and insisted he should visit his doctor urgently and get further tests to check what was causing the deterioration; but Anwar was reluctant. Day to Day struggles of Homoesexuals in Today’s Society “Andre’s Mother,” by Terrence McNally, is a play that challenges the disapproval of homosexuality by society and also humanizes the characteristics of a homosexual individual. McNally uses several key topics such as religious outlooks and parents’ acceptance to characterize Cal and Andre’s relationship and the barriers their partnership overcame. Society is riddled today by bias and criticizing people that do not fully understand or even know about the life of a homosexual couple. Just as those disapproving people are human so are the homosexual people they so strongly resent. “Andre’s Mother” is about a gay man, Cal, whose lover, Andre, dies of AIDS.

There are also cultural barriers that only make these problems worse. In many places, women are not allowed to receive healthcare due to privacy worries of domineering men. Since 2001, Afghan women and western healthcare workers have attacked these problems and are now improving the healthcare for women. The infant mortality rate has dropped and the number of births assisted by skilled workers has risen. There is still a large need for healthcare providers, but this is a
This evidence must be presented with regard to its incompleteness because much of the evidence is based on rumor coming from Tom’s ex-wife. Tom’s ex-wife Frances came into the bagel shop to talk to Carla about Tom having aids, which Carla doesn’t know her very well. Since it’s coming from an ex-wife there could be revenge on Frances mind. She could be trying to get back on Tom by telling his boss that he has an infectious disease. This poem explain the feelings of, the docter, who seems immune to what’s happened, and speaks formally, the father who speaks less formally than the doctor, the mother who is clearly scarred because after the abortion she doesn’t want to have children anymore and is scared about what her father would say if he knew, the porter who seems to be more worried what would have happened if the boiler man had placed the foetus in the fire and they then later found out it was alive when they put the foetus in the fire, the boiler man who speaks the least formal out of the five, but he is also scarred about the incident as he has nightmares for nights afterwards. ‘Unto us...’ is about a foetus who is wishing to be alive, the further the poem gets, the more the foetus expresses its love for the mother and as its love grows it’s suddenly aborted and is dropped in a sterile bin, and at the end of the poem the foetus believes its mother is not a real woman. ‘Stobhill’ uses the form of dramatic monologue which I prefare to the first person narrative technique used by Spike Milligan. Some quotations in ‘Stobhill’ are: ‘Her career would be jeopardized ... fear of her father’ This is said by the doctor, this expresses how the doctor doesn’t care about the foetus’ welfare this only shows he doesn’t care much about the mother, but still cares enough to contemplate the fact her career would be jeopardized. ‘I have sometimes wondered how he got over conceiving me, or
