How often do you call the candidates who have been selected for an interview conducted? ___________________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________________ OBSERVATION During my observation, the researcher observed that the Clerks in the Human Resource Department had different ways in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The researcher also observed that they used different types of equipment and I made it my point of duty to find out the purpose each of equipment. One of this equipment is the Filing Cabinet and it is used to store files or information. One of the employees with whom the researcher interviewed, carried me around the firm and showed me the different types of departments within the organization. The researcher saw Health Safety rules everywhere and one was “no playing” with equipments such as Fax machines and computers. This was a difficult task because of the many topics to choose from. October 15 2012 The researchers wrote the letter seeking permission to gather data for research and deliver it to the SDC. The researcher spoke with Mr. L. Stewart who granted permission and gave a date that was mutually convenient. October 19 2012 The researcher telephoned Mr. L. Stewart to seek a change in the date for the interview due to Social Studies workshop on that date. Change was granted to conduct the interview on October 21th 2012. October 21 2012 The researcher visited the SDC to conduct the interview. The interview was a success. Everything when as planned. October 22 2012 The researcher revisited the SDC to hand out questionnaires. Some members of staff were in a meeting so the researcher left questionnaires with receptionist to be distributed. October 27 2012 The researcher conducted observation This was successful as enough was observed to form personal opinion. November 05 2012 The researcher call the SDC to find out if the questionnaires where completed. The receptionist had collected all computed questionnaires in her
