I feel like the Taken Clause was exercised correctly in the case and New London had the right to take the property over. Hoboken now has celebrities that live there and even T.V shows such as Cake Boss. The rent is high now with many businesses opening up and the city is completely rebuilt. There is now a waterfront that looks awesome with a nice park and scenery of Manhattan. What I like most is that my grandma still lives there amongst her friends and still pays low income rent.

Shushu Professor Steven Swaim English 28 (0199) 11 March 2014 Green Card Case Thinking back to the beginning of time here - way back to when I just came to Los Angeles, California, most people blunder around this city - me in particular. That was an unusual Tuesday ( Nov. 1st 2011 ): my Immigration Interview day. Early in the morning, I saw the early morning rush hour traffic; however, I saw several police cars and helling to the east. And, I saw a couple of well-dressed office ladies passing by. I saw people waiting outside for hours.
University Ave is a large street, so I tried to make a direct U-turn. I thought it just took one step instead of three. I didn’t want to turn, then turn back, and finally go forward. I didn’t pay attention to the speed of my car, and the result was one of the tires of my car went on the pavement and couldn’t move forward anymore. I tried to turn back, but it was impossible.
One specific example I can recall was when I was standing with my friend, talking to her on a sidewalk. I was facing the direction the traffic was coming from and my friend had her back to it. Because our surroundings were noisy, we couldn’t hear a bus approaching. All the sudden I saw the bus hurling towards my friend fast. I was startled and jumped back and thankfully the bus passed by my friend but only by a few inches.
The person’s belongings are inevitably stolen, but no one is willing to give away who did it. The person finally arrives to work. The person is late, tiered, and has been robbed. The person goes home, goes to sleep. The next morning, the person once again walks towards the bus station.
