In the two essays, "I just wanna be average" by Mike Rose and "Learning to Read" by Malcolm X, both show personal experiences of how they educated themselves. Both of them are true believers that education is not just about getting a degree. It is rather the curiosity and motivation to learn more . Imagery can be used to create an experience, as images can be a more powerful medium to express an experience. The composers of the novel Maestro (Peter Goldsworthy) BODY The novel Maestro, by Peter Goldsworthy conveys the notion that words are not enough, thus imagery is used to construct experiences in the readers mind. Goldsworthy uses imagery to create the settings of the novel and the development of characters.

Theme Theme is the basic concept of a story. You could write it in one sentence and have it all right there in front of you and understand a story before even reading it. Instead, the author wants to teach us this by putting his theme into a situation where we can see it reoccurring.
