Male vs. Female

There are two types of people in this world: the male and the female. Coming from a female’s perspective, I would argue that the male and female are wired very differently, and I think it is safe to say most would agree. There are characteristics of a female that fit only under the female category, and characteristics of a male that fit only under the male category. These differences make each gender unique in their own way. There are two stereotypes, that of a male and that of a female. Obviously the female knows herself better than the male “thinks” he does, and it works both ways in the sense that the male knows himself better than the female “thinks” she does. When asked to list the things unique to only females, one realizes it is a lot harder than expected, but when asked to list the things that the male thinks of females, one realizes it is much easier than the first. There are things that I, personally, think can fit into both categories. I believe that the female gender is compassionate, emotional, dainty, productive, controlling, loquacious, bossy, and judgmental; to name a few. Now, on a personal level, I think that I myself am a compassionate, emotional, productive, loquacious, but also athletic, out-going, and strong-willed female. As you can see, some of these match up, where others do not. This is because, like I mentioned earlier, some of the stereotypes can coincide while others can not. For me, the things that don’t match-up, can indeed still fit under the female category, but I can see where most wouldn’t automatically classify it there. For example, being athletic, out-going, and strong-willed. For some odd reason, the male population has seemed to take over athletics. Yes, stereotypically, they are more athletic, I guess, but for me, I like to substitute the athletic aspect for the dainty stereotype. I, for one, am just not the typical
