When dealing with any conflicts, management will follow the same policies and procedures, but at times these guidelines can vary depending on the circumstances. For example, if a PSW has an issue with another PSW, they must notify the incharge registered nurse (RN) about the matter and the RN will relay the details to the director of care (DOC), who will then relay the matter to the administrator, Ms. Rosemary Okimi. However, if the PSW has an issue with the RN it is still necessary to go to the RN and request a meeting with someone in upper management.
