Abstract Inspecting Growth And Life Span For Alcea With Different Types Of Water This project could help gardeners by trying to find the right type of water that can make the Alcea grower taller and longer. It is hypothesized that the plant watered with the regular type of water will grow taller and longer than the sugar water or salt water. Three plants of the same kind were placed in a pot and were each watered a different kind of water. The data showed that the plant that was watered with regular water did indeed grow longer and taller. Based on the information found the hypothesis was correct because in the research it says that some plants do not grow well with water with salt or sugar added. People should be interested in the findings because it could help people grow better plants. | The Effect on Growth on Different types of Water on Hollyhocks Maricela Garcia 5/22/12 Mr. Farrell Pleasant Valley School Acknowledgments I would like to acknowledge my teacher Mr. Farrell for helping me think of this experiment.
