He started his career when he was hired by the Esterhazy family, giving him the chance to write and compose symphonies and conduct orchestras. Also known as the Father of the Symphony or String Quartet, he invented the idea of sonatas (History Reference Center 1). His best known piece, the Emperor Quartet, was so well written that it was the national anthem of Austria until the end of World War I. without the guidance of the Esterhazy family and the chance to write and compose, Haydn’s career would not have been as influencing. Haydn was an ideal man of the Enlightenment. He had a great sense of humor, and loved playing jokes on his friends.
His music flows easily and one could glide across the room so smoothly. When one listen to this piece the waltz comes to mind. The one thing that is not so likeable is his cathedral music because it so sad and the tone is just bland. However, at the age of fourteen he copied a choral piece of the Sistine Chapel and the pope was so impressed with Mozart that he knighted him. The features about Mozart’s music is his passionate about his music and it brings ease, grace, spontaneity and at the same time creates balance, restraint and has perfect proportions.
He would use his voice when talking with other people and they would write back in his books. His music was considered very off-beat, but the royalty still loved it. Also, to help the school be a better place and environment for my fellow peers. Tri-M is also like 8th Grade Council, which I’m also in. I also love playing new song on the violin. Hence, these are some reasons to why I would be a valuable member of the Tri-M Music Honor
The first group started off the right foot with an interpretation of the Rocky Theme Song. The members of the band used instruments like trumpets, saxophones, trombones, piano, drums, flugelhorns, and clarinets. Throughout the song different members of the band would switch off doing impressive solos, however my favorite was one of the trumpet solos that was performed by Ian Martinez, he truly stole everyone’s attention with his energy and apparent love for his part in the song. The ensemble played many songs I enjoyed, and was excited to hear a rendition of an old classic by Count Basie. The second ensemble and the first ensemble were similar in style, but the second ensemble used considerably less solos and played with an electric guitarist.

There have been many tests and revisions in schools with firing teachers, to having new teaching models to try and improve the educational achievement of poor students, but to no
Mallory and I went to this concert together, and when we saw that this song was being played we got very excited. We were excited simply because we could translate the name, which meant the day that I love. This was also the first piece that the cello came out, and the confusing part was that she sat between the second violinist and the violist. Overall, I really enjoyed this piece, because it was a much more exciting piece that the first. The third piece performed was called Libertango.
Taking History of Rock and Roll as a class, has been very beneficial for me. It helped me to know the songwriters of certain songs that I love and also expose me to new songs. I really enjoyed hearing the music selections from week 5 with music from the 60s and week 8 and 9 with jamm’n songs from the 80s. When I was in choir in high school I sang “Blow’n in the Wind” by Bob Dylan and I thought it was the most hippy-styled song I have ever heard because of the drowsy melody and the “happy-togetherness” overall feeling of the song. Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin also were wonderful choices for this week.
He really is fun, energetic, and has a great sense of humor. Yet because of his age difference his classmates wouldn’t give him the chance to show them what he was like. Joshua is the smartest person I know. If he wanted to he could take a government I.Q. test and get paid to do whatever he wants in life.
