Currently, @@@ offers Tuition Assistance as an additional benefit to the comprehensive benefit package; however, an upgrade to Tuition Reimbursement and Flex-Time to take on-site classes will allow potential students more affordable options in pursuing their educational dreams. The Tuition Assistance Policy will only reimburse a student a portion of the cost for higher education. This requires the student to either spend money out of pocket or apply for loans that will have to later be repaid. Attending a college or university that offers an inexpensive
Hiring within the company makes a positive statement. Offering tuition reimbursement is also a making statement “the company cares for its employees”. The opportunity to attend a high education can improve ones quality of life. The education will build confidence, employees will have the feeling of being need and willing to take the responsibility of doing what it that to get the job done, which can increase overall productivity. Employees who attend the program can introduce new idea and encourage other employees.
All of these major people involved with helping a campus succeed would be out of a job and like everyone else be in a need of help. College being free would mean higher taxes for Americans, but in the end, it will benefit the future by having intelligent citizens, brighter society, and a smart nation. In conclusion, college tuition being free allows everyone to receive a higher education and become an intelligent citizen instead of a gullible citizen. It gives people a chance to get a job, earn money and be able to have an amazing future. College is a place where you gain independence and learn something new every day.

Short vs. long-term focus In the case of short or long term focus when it comes to employment, it is my opinion that it depends on what you are looking for. However, it is my opinion that for your particular company a long-term focus would be better of for you guys and will help you grow faster and have a solid and consistent mission throughout your regions. I believe that having a long-term focus and investing in developing your talent will result in having great managers that will pass on the culture of the company to their employees; in whichever store they happen to be placed. Also for a student studing their A2 they are motivated by trying to do their best so they can enter university with their chosen subject. However employees at Feversham College are motivated by their wages they receive which is a monetary reward. Also the feeling of having successfully taught a subject because the pupils have gained the grades they had desired for; and also having the inner feeling of being a role model for students and being looked up to which is a non-monetary reward. Many different theorists have explained motivation by clarifying how people are motivated and also why they are motivated. This helped me to understand motivation in more depth and also helped me to understand how I need put this report together.
The best forms of motivation focus on what the employees deem to be important. Many organizations find that flexibility in job design increases an employee’s longevity with the organization, improves productivity and betters morale ("Reference for Business; Encyclopedia of Business", 2012). Some methods of motivation include empowerment; creativity and innovation; learning; quality of life; monetary incentives; and other incentives ("Reference for Business; Encyclopedia of Business", 2012). Empowerment means giving employees more responsibility and decision making authority so they can feel control over the tasks they are held responsible for and better equips them to carry out those tasks ("Reference for Business; Encyclopedia of Business", 2012). Creativity and Innovation gives employees the opportunity to use their ideas to improve a job, product, or service ("Reference for Business; Encyclopedia of Business", 2012).
It increases the support of the alumni, creating more active parents. This results in more donations if their children are enrolled in the same school they once were. With these donations, schools are able to maintain lower tuition costs benefitting the school and the students. Also, government interference would limit the tradition of the universities. It is unfair to single out legacy students as the ones who have the advantage of being accepted disregarding academics.
