Are you just learning how to wash your own clothes, but you are not sure how to properly wash them? If you have a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dirty clothes, then you should be set to learn. The very first thing that you will want to do is too gather and separate your clothes. You will need to separate them according to color and type such as whites, colors, jeans, towels, underwear, and so on. Keep your load of clothes at a decent size, so that when the washer begins it can actually get the dirtiness and smelliness out. Before you actually put any clothes in the washer be sure to bleach any stained clothing. Let it soak before washing. After you have gathered and separated your clothes you will put one of the piles in the washer. On the washer there will be however many nozzles, (depending on the type of washer) that will tell you small, medium, or large. The small, medium, and large are there for you to tell the washer how big the load is. You also have choices of cold, warm, and hot water, chose the one that you want. Colored clothes and sheets usually go on warm or cold temperatures. The third step is to grab the laundry detergent and fill the cap according to the size of the load and pour that onto the clothes in the washer. Now this is not as proper as a dry cleaning place, but this is a proper do it your own way if you will. Also if you find a way that suits you better than some steps off the internet it will be as if you never needed help in the first place. When you do find that technique stick to it and just improve.
